As a Solution Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to provide technical support and insights during the pre-sales process. You will assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure that our technology and products can be successfully integrated into client environments.

Job Description

 

  • Technical Support: Assist in providing technical guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales process.
     

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design and propose technical solutions that align with customer needs.
     

  • Product Demonstration: Help in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
     

  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and other documentation needed for customer interactions.
     

  • Customer Interaction: Participate in customer meetings to understand their business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
     

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company’s product offerings, including new features and upgrades, to effectively assist in solution design and delivery.
     

  • Testing and Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Assist in setting up testing environments and conducting PoCs to demonstrate product effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Open to 1st year students

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Problem-solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving ability to address technical challenges.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
