Advanced workshop I Dynatrace Logs on Grail
On November 22, 2566, DPMThailand collaborated with Dynatrace to organize an Advanced workshop I Dynatrace Logs on Grail."
During the session, we introduced everyone to "Dynatrace Grail," a Data lakehouse designed for storing massive amounts of data. It harnesses AI for analyzing data pertaining to observability, security, and even business data. Participants gained hands-on experience managing and analyzing logs through Grail, utilizing Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) to display data in various formats on the Dynatrace dashboard. Additionally, they learned about using Dynatrace Pattern Language (DPL) to structure and explain data in different formats, making it easier and more beneficial to utilize that data further.

On November 28th, 2024, DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd. had the honor of participating in the "AWS Roadshow 2024" under the theme "The Future is Now: Harnessing Cloud, Data, and Generative AI for Thailand’s Digital Economy". The event took place at Dusit Thani Pattaya, Chonburi.

Exploring Performance Testing Software and Observability platform
On September 24th, 2024, DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Dynatrace and Tricentis, hosted the "Exploring Performance Testing Software and Observability Platform" hands-on workshop.
Participants had the opportunity to experience the seamless integration of Tricentis Neoload for load test triggering and Dynatrace for in-depth observability. This powerful combination provided comprehensive insights that enhanced application performance and delivered a smooth user experience.

AWS ISV Community Day
DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Watermelon, had the privilege of participating in the ISV Community Day, invited by Amazon Web Services (AWS) on August 30th, 2024.
At this event, we presented Watermelon, a software solution with a variety of features designed to help your business thrive on AWS Cloud with efficiency and comprehensive support across all aspects:
- AI Driven Functional Testing: A no-code testing module powered by AI, covering Web, Mobile, Desktop, and Legacy applications.
- No Code API Testing: An AI-powered API testing module that requires no coding, addressing both technical and business aspects.
- Chaos Engineering: A Chaos Engineering module capable of simulating over 180 failure scenarios, both on-premise and in the Cloud.
- SLO Management: An advanced SLO management platform that leverages data from APM, log ingestion tools, databases, and cloud monitoring systems to manage system reliability.
Additionally, Watermelon is fully optimized for AWS Cloud, offering flexible and scalable testing modules that run seamlessly on AWS. Tricentis APAC Roadshow
On August 22, 2024, DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd. participated in the "Tricentis APAC Roadshow" at the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai under the theme "The Future of AI-Driven Testing - The What and The How."
The event focused on sharing knowledge and discussions on topics such as how emerging AI technologies, from LLMs to autonomous AI, will transform testing methods, the direction of the market for AI-augmented software development, and how Tricentis is leading the way in using AI to help businesses operate more efficiently and with higher quality.

This event aimed to showcase the power of the Digital Immune System, which encompasses Observability, AI-Augmented Testing, Chaos Engineering, Auto-remediation, Site Reliability Engineering, and Software Supply Chain Security. The goal was to help organizations minimize potential risks and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Safeguarding the Software Journey with Security and Observability
On June 19, 2024, DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Dynatrace and GuardRails, hosted the event "Safeguarding the Software Journey with Security and Observability."
During the event, knowledge was shared on trends in the era of Digital Security and Performance
by Mr. Satit Auputtinan, CTO of DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
There were discussions on techniques to enhance application security before production, effective strategies for implementing DevSecOps within organizations, and building effective supply chain security controls as part of the DevSecOps pipeline. GuardRails, a tool that enhances work efficiency, was introduced by Mr. Goutham Madhwaraj K. B., Engineering Manager, Product Security from Funding Societies, a comprehensive digital financial platform for SME and Startup businesses with branches in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Special thanks to Mr. Akbar Senior Motani, CEO of DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who honored us as the moderator for this session.
The event also covered techniques to enhance application security post-production along with platform observability using Dynatrace to improve overall platform efficiency, presented by Mr. Kawinthorn Bhutrakul, Regional Sales Director from Dynatrace (Thailand).
Additionally, there were demonstrations of the capabilities and features of GuardRails and Dynatrace by Mr. Phatit Chulothok, Solution Director from DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,

Beneath the Surface of a Cyberattack: A Deeper Look at Business Impacts, organized by Thai Digital Technology User Group Association (DUGA) and Ministry of Digital Economy and Society at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok.

We were honored to have Mr. Satit Auputtinun, CTO of DPM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., share his knowledge on the topic "Protect your digital business from the inside."
AI can help improve the efficiency of programmers, enabling them to write code more quickly. After that, the code is sent to the QA and Security teams to check for quality and security. However, as programmers complete their code faster, the workload for the QA and Security teams increases, potentially leading to incomplete checks. Therefore, we should utilize AI by implementing a Digital Immune System, which includes Observability, AI-Augmented Testing, Chaos Engineering, Auto Remediation, Site Reliability Engineering, and Software Supply Chain Security to enhance the effectiveness of quality and security checks.
