Job Description

Provide daily onsite or remote support for clients

Understand the scope of work and timeline for the project and do to the best of his/her capability to meet client requirements

Be Professional, Attentive, Supportive and Humble to clients, teammates and other stakeholders

Attend training classes and apply for certificate examination timely when required
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Non-Thai applicants only
-
1 to 3 years of working experience
-
Having experience in Incident Management, Application support and Application Monitoring is preferred
-
Knowledge in Software development, Cloud-native technologies and IT Operations is preferred
-
Proficient in English Communication (Speaking /Writing)
-
Thai language proficiency is not required

Active Learner and High achiever
-
Efficient time management and able to prioritize tasks according to criticality
